On June 20th of this year, my wife and I closed on a new home in the Orchard Lakes subdivision in Louisville. Our Realtor was Laurie Wolberton and I wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the outstanding job she did in providing us with our new home!
From the beginning, Laurie was open, honest, polite and we felt that she took a sincere interest in our home needs and desires. She took the time to get to know us before diving in and showing us home listings, and eventually determined that we would be more happy in a new home. We agreed, and she brought us to Dominion Homes' new development at Orchard Lakes off Breckenridge Lane. Since we wanted to remain in the East end of town, and wanted to be on or near a Bardstown Road bus line for our daughter's high school plans, this was just perfect. Laurie guided us through all the questions of buying a newly-constructed home, and was with us every step of the way. She kept in touch with us throughout the construction process, and made sure we were comfortable as each step was completed. Laurie was always available to answer our questions, and she was the best Realtor we could have had! She joined us for dinner on the evening we closed on the home, and was nice enough to give us a gift certificate to Home Depot--just the thing a new homeowner needs!
We can't say enough about the excellent job Laurie did for us, and we will be recommending her to anyone we meet who is looking for a home. Thank you!

Now that I've had time to settle into my new home, I want to thank you more formally for your outstanding service in selling my former home. Planning a wedding and moving to a new home were time-consuming tasks. Thanks to you, selling my former home was not.
     I appreciate the many ways in which you kept the process sinple (at least from my point of view; I know you had lots of things to do). You suggested the best time to list the house to coincide with my planned moving date and to keep the disruptions of showing the house to a minimum. Your research of comparable homes and their selling prices and your candor in advising me about the listing and the asking price were extremely valuable. The house sold quickly and I feel I received a fair price for it.
     Beyond that, you kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process and made sure that inspections and showings and signings and the closing took place at my convenience. That was a huge relief in the midst of parting with a house I loved.
